I came to be
in this moment
I live
in this moment
and when I leave
it can only be
in this moment
the tick must die
before the tock appears
An entire life has come and gone
in this moment
but what is this entire life
except the summation of all these moments
each infinite unto itself?
What is this consciousness
that seems to think itself
capable of existing over countless moments?
Is consciousness not creating it's own illusion of existence over time?
